I posted this somewhere but not here, but if it's a repeat - tough nuts. I did an illo on the plane yesterday (coming to cold wet England) and I can't scan it in so here's Mr. Mutton.
Illustration Friday Night was a group art project that ran for over a year. It was created by Senor Prozac as a response to images being censored and banned on Illustration Friday.
The plan for IFN was to give artists an alternative platform for high-quality work that wasn't just about kitty-cats and cuddly ducklings.
Many of the 2000 images sumbmitted to the site provided a vibrant foil and counterbalance to IF-cutesiness.
It was nominated as a Blog of Note by Blogger in September 2007. Like a lot of things on the internet (and life in general), it ran out of steam in 2008.
